  • 01 What should I do if the SIM card is not recognized when inserted?

    - Confirm whether the card insertion method is correct (SIM Cardinserted with metal side down, and the notch end is facing inward);

     

    - Do not insert or remove the SIM card when the product is turned on.

    The product must be turned off to remove and insert the SIM card.

  • 02 The Netflix display needs to be updated.

    - When it appears that it needs to be updated, please click the "Cancel" button (Don't update or delete the software preloaded on the product).

  • 03 The SIM card insertion is recognized, but the internet connection does not work.

    - Settings - Network and Internet - APN, manually adjust it;

     

    - Insert the SIM card into the Android phone and check the information parameters of the APN in the phone.  Then in the product settings network and Internet - APN - right upper corner "+" sign, add APN parameters (add according to the parameters in the mobile phone);

  • 04 Unable to start DVR supports12~24V car use

    -Check whether the DC head of the cigarette lighter power cord is damaged or aging.

    -Check whether the fuse of the power plug is disconnected or burned.

  • 05 No touch phenomenon

    -Touch is invalid during power-on, wait for normal power-on before operation.

    -Check whether the touch is damaged, do not touch the screen with sharp objects, it is easy to scratch and damage.

  • 06 The rear view camera has no image

    - Buy the manufacturer's matching rear-view camera before it can be used.

    - Whether the AVIN interface is inserted to the bottom.

    - Check if the camera format matches

  • 07 Carplay cannot connect

    - The first connection takes a littlelonger.

    - Only iPhone supports Carplay.

    - Check that the WiFi and Bluetooth functions of the mobile phone are normal.

    - Enter Settings-General-Carplay vehicle, delete all records and reconnect.

    - Restart the iPhone and reconnect it.

  • 08 Android Auto cannot connect

    - Only Android phones are supported.

    - Update Auto and related applications on mobile phones to the latest version.

    - Check that the WiFi and Bluetooth functions of the mobile phone are normal.

    - Restart the Android phone and connect it again.

  • 09 Android Auto cannot connect

    - Only Android phones are supported.

    - Update Android system and related applications to the latest version.

    - Disconnect any VPN on the mobile phone if applicable.

    - Ensure WiFi and Bluetooth functions on mobile phone are working.

    - Restart the Android phone and reconnect.

    - Restore Factory Setting of the screen. Go to home interface of screen; Setting>Basic Setup>Restore Factory Setting.

  • 10 Screen gets stuck

    If the unit crashes and the screen gets stuck, cut off the power and turn on screen again.
