FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • 01 Android Auto Cannot Connect

    - Only Android phones are supported.

    - Update Auto and related applications on mobile phones to the latest version.

    - Check that the WiFi and Bluetooth functions of the mobile phone are normal.

    - Restart the Android phone and connect it again.

  • 02 Carplay Cannot Connect

    - The first connection takes a littlelonger.

    - Only iPhone supports Carplay.

    - Check that the WiFi and Bluetooth functions of the mobile phone are normal.

    - Enter Settings-General-Carplay vehicle, delete all records and reconnect.

    - Restart the iPhone and reconnect it.

  • 03 The Rear View Camera Has No Image

    - Buy the manufacturer's matching rear-view camera before it can be used.

    - Whether the AVIN interface is inserted to the bottom.

    - Check if the camera format matches

  • 04 No Touch Phenomenon

    -Touch is invalid during power-on, wait for normal power-on before operation.

    -Check whether the touch is damaged, do not touch the screen with sharp objects, it is easy to scratch and damage.

  • 05 Unable to Start DVR Supports12~24V Car Use

    -Check whether the DC head of the cigarette lighter power cord is damaged or aging.

    -Check whether the fuse of the power plug is disconnected or burned.

  • 06 Unresolved Issues

    -If above problem persists, reset the camera to the default setting (use a paper clip or needle to stab the reset button) and try again. Otherwise, call your local support center.

  • 07 There is some clips in some periods of time was not recorded in the video, or video plays not smoothly.

    -It may be caused by enabling of Motion detection feature, it’s suggested to set it to off in the menu.


  • 08 The camera indicates it was a failed card.

    In general, the memory card lifespan for the camera is about six months and maybe subject to data corruption or loss due to static electricity and/or external voltage.For this reason, we highly recommend user to copy and save important data to external media (HDD, USB drive, etc.).

    It’s strongly recommended to format the memory card to minimize card error.

  • 09 Video files can’t be played on my PC.

    -This can happen due to bad quality Micro SD card or a corrupted card format. Please format or replace the micro SD card.

    -The video files may not be compatible with your computer if suitable playback software is not installed.

  • 10 Video playback is really quick on my PC, not consistent with the driving scene that was recorded.

    Set the Time-Lapse Recording setting is set to Off.
